Terms and conditions
Please find our terms and conditions of business set out below. The signing of your booking form is acknowledgement that you have read and agree to abide by these terms.
We will provisionally hold a booking for 28 days prior to the function date.
As confirmation, a completed booking form will be required along with a 25% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. DUE TO LOCKDOWN COVID 19 ONLY WE WOULD REFUND DEPOSITS
Payment in full is due 21 days prior to the function date.
Should numbers change after full payment is made no refunds can be offered.
Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the function date.
There will be a charge added of £50 for any glasses or table linen lost or damaged
which is refundable after the event
There is no service charge made.
All prices include crockery and cutlery
Cheques and bank transfers should be made payable to ‘THE BAYTREE CATERERS’.
There will be a Mileage charge added if more than a 10-mile radius.
Any lose, damage or breakages of hire goods will be charged for after the event
