Thank you for the excellent catering and service the Bay Tree Caterers provided for the summer ball for the friends of Northbourne School. The service from the beginning was excellent, leaving us to worry about everything else! You took all the pressure regarding the food and handled it with great expertise. The food on the night was presented very well, was exceedingly fresh and there was plenty.  A big thumbs up for the individual raspberry pavlovas. They simply melted in the mouth!
